Billetts’ History

We work with over 400 clients providing media consulting, auditing and media monitoring services to over 75% of the UK’s blue chip advertisers.

Billetts was founded in 1996 and rapidly became the UK’s most highly respected name in media consultancy and analytics. The Billetts International operation was launched in 2001.

In 2005, the company was acquired by the Thomson Intermedia group, whose media monitoring system was the first-ever to link directly to media expenditure, and who had floated on the AIM in 2000.

In 2008, the Thomson Intermedia service was rebranded as Billetts Media Monitoring alongside Billetts Marketing Sciences and Billetts Media Consulting.

The group’s other services include Newslive and e-Publisher.
